Washington, D.C. – May 25th, 2022 – ZDS Architecture & Interiors (ZDS) DC Studio is excited to announce their move to a new permanent home this spring. Just steps away from Logan Circle and the 14th Street corridor, their new address is 1405 Rhode Island Ave NW, Washington DC 20005.
The move will facilitate ZDS’ continued growth and will enhance a collaborative workplace that is special to the DC market. With over 220K SF and 250-plus units in development in the last year alone, the firm doubled its size with plans to continue.
