“Bethesda’s Outlier Realty Capital and D.C.-based Goodwin Cos. filed plans a few months back to build a 120-unit, 90-foot-tall affordable apartment building at 2225-2229 M St. NE in the Carver/Langston neighborhood. The proposed units are large studios and one-bedrooms of 400 to 600 square feet plus a few two-bedroom units of around 800 square feet, according to plans submitted to the city. All units would be restricted to residents 55 and older who earn 30% to 80% of the median family income.”
