Rockville Amenity

Our objective was to create a centrally-located and Modern Amenity Center for the convenience of building tenants. We designed and constructed a comfortable lounge space for informal meetings and mediation rooms for personal use or quiet work sessions. We also built a Conference Center accommodating 30+ participants with a Pre-function gathering space and a Fitness Center with Locker rooms. Combining complementary materials and finishes with an overall neutral palette, we also were able to work in pops of colors and patterns throughout the spaces.
