Riverside at Parcel 1A

Nestled at the base of College Hill by the Providence River, Parcel 1A is a new mixed-use building anchored by a destination fine dining restaurant, a large open gallery space, and an additional local retail /café opportunity. Located at the east side entry of Providence’s pedestrian bridge, this two-story building is cladded with a mix of polished stone and glass defining the entry on South Water Street while framing the green wall feature at the grand central stairs. The glass façade and patio on the riverside allow for unobstructed views of the Providence River and al fresco dining, capitalizing on Providence’s famous WaterFire events.
