The proposed mixed-use, mixed-income complex will be a catalyst for mid-rise mixed-use development in the I-195 Innovation & Design District. Anchored by 3 buildings and infilled with a two-level parking deck, Parcel 6, coined “Link Street Development” due to a previous street that bypassed this parcel, is a gateway to the new development in this area of Providence. Two mixed use structures housing 10,000 SF of commercial/retail spaces with 62 residential units above anchor the site and provide the gateway from the West. The easterly portion of the site brings a 13,000 SF urban supermarket and plenty of parking to support such a needed use in this area of the city. Expected to break ground in 2020.
