NAR Rooftop

Located at 500 New Jersey Avenue NW, the National Association of Realtors rooftop is a renovation of the existing rooftop with a focus on sustainability. The renovation will include new shading trellises, extensive and intensive green roofs, apiaries, wind vertical turbines, and the penthouse exterior walls will be re-clad with photovoltaic façade system. A new sculptural plaque wall will feature the names of all donors of National Association of Realtors.
