Located at the Washington, DC, and Maryland border, the two wings of this building come together at the corner in a glass cantilevered box that will serve as a focal point for a redeveloping commercial corridor. The project will provide 56 affordable housing units in a 5 story, 85,000 sf building with ground-level amenities including a community room and commercial tenant space available for lease by a local non-profit organization. The exterior building materials will consist primarily of brick and metal panel along the two main streets and has been submitted for LIHTC funding.
