A new 6-story mixed-use building with Type-5 construction over a podium ground floor level consisting of 180 units and one tenant space. The project features outdoor amenity areas, a club room, and 82 on-site parking spaces. Due to the proximity of the new Pawtucket / Central Falls MBTA Station, a variance to lower the required parking count by zoning was possible.
