Located directly across from the National Arboretum, this project will provide vibrant, light-filled apartment units for seniors with incomes lower than 60% AMI. The 9-story, 92,000 sf building will provide 120 units of affordable housing as well as ground-level amenities including a fitness facility, community rooms, and pet grooming facilities. The building exterior features a brick exterior facing to the North and East, with an 8-story glass entry tower with a decorative tile panel accent wall. As part of the approval process to achieve increased height and density, the project is seeking a Consolidated Planned unit development (PUD) and a related zoning map amendment to rezone the site from RA-2toRA-4.
