1315 Holbrook

This project included a full gut of the existing building and underpinning of the basement level to make way for a reconfigured 4-unit building consisting of duplex units with 3 beds and a den. A 3rd story was added, and an addition was extended at the rear providing spacious living rooms and kitchens. ZDS provided Architecture and Interior Design for the project delivering a modern building consistently detailed from the exterior thru to the interior.
