Eric Schall
Eric Schall is an Associate Principal and Project Manager with ZDS inc. Before joining ZDS, he worked at Rice + Brown Architects, in New Jersey, focusing on high-end residential and beachfront properties. After moving to Rhode Island, Eric took the role of LLB Architects in Pawtucket, to work on higher education, dormitories, and public sports complexes.
In his role with ZDS, he contributes to the firm’s growth, works on projects from conceptual ideas through construction administration, and mentors staff on design/documentation programs. Quickly transitioning from assisting to leading projects, he has been a key part of the firm’s success. Working on a variety of adaptive reuse and tax credit rehabilitation, Eric has been an integral member of many showcase projects, with some winning multiple awards. He works closely with both interiors and architecture team members to help produce a high-level product in an efficient manner. Also, he is passionate about the firm’s hospitality and commercial projects, which he plays an instrumental part in establishing the delivery and coordination.
