Located off Branch Avenue in Providence, the mill consists of five existing buildings that were originally textile mills that expanded into housing blacksmith shops, engines, boiler houses, and gasometers back in the 1870’s
Anawan Mill
Located near the Taunton River and Battleship Cove, the Anawan project converts an industrial mill into 34 apartments and 7 ground floor commercial tenants.
The Hotel Concord
Located in Concord, the state of New Hampshire’s capital, The Hotel Concord is a boutique hotel in a mixed-use office building on South Main Street. The property is designed with a modern, classic, and timeless feel.
249 Thayer
A magnet for quirky shops and pedestrian-centric eateries targeting the college crowds of Brown University and nearby RI School of Design (RISD), Thayer Street is now anchored by this new four story structure.
The Preserve
