The development includes a six-story, 90-unit building with ground-floor retail and a rooftop gathering space, a second six-story building with 48 residences and a private rooftop amenity, and a two-story clubhouse and pool house connected to an outdoor lounge by the canal. Inspired by Cape Cod’s natural beauty, the design blends smooth and textured, light and dark, organic and refined elements, capturing the region’s diverse landscape where coastal dunes meet tranquil waters.
