Located in SE Washington, DC on an empty lot, this 8-unit apartment building will provide new modern housing units with 2 bedrooms, laundry and exterior balconies. The interior layout was designed with a split level that minimizes the interior circulation and accommodates the sloping site. The project has been presented to the BZA for approval as a requirement of new construction in this zone and has received approval from the Board.
