Parcel 28 is a 249 multi-family project aimed to attract local millennials, combining desired amenity spaces, internal co-working and residential apartments. In collaboration with Torti Gallas + Partners, this design merges a sophisticated design with a budget in mind. The lobby space embraces a 2-story atrium with a dramatic central fireplace that enhances the verticality and provides a connection to the co-working lounge above. The second floor houses an interior lounge space that connects to 2 exterior courtyards. The rental units occupy a majority of the building and provide a neutral pallet with modern amenities for comfort and personal stylization.
