Exciting new work won in Covington KY

Big things are happening in Covington, KY, and we’re excited to be a part of it!

ZDS has been selected to design the Covington Riverfront Hotel, a dual-branded hotel that will bring new energy to the waterfront. We’re happy to be collaborating with Wabash Associates, Woodmont Lodging, DNK Architects, and Business Flare to bring this vision to life.

Situated in the northwest portion of the Covington Central Riverfront, the site offers an ideal location for a dual-branded hotel experience. The area’s vibrant atmosphere is well-suited for locally driven food and beverage outlets, enhancing the guest experience with a strong connection to the community. This unique positioning ensures the project will blend seamlessly with its surroundings while providing a fresh destination for travelers and locals alike.
