Chris Kearns
Chris Kearns joined ZDS Architecture and Interior Design as the Director of Business Development of the Washington, DC office. Prior to joining ZDS, Chris was the Manager of Business Development at Streetsense, a DC based real estate consultancy offering interior design, agency and consulting services to hospitality, residential, and office clients. Over four years at Streetsense, Chris developed strategic plans for new-business initiatives and cultivated long-term relationships with clients across the DMV and the country. Chris previously spent nearly four years at the DC based Bernstein Management Company, leading their residential leasing center, and before that worked for Vornado/Charles E. Smith (now JBG SMITH) on a commercial management team in National Landing.
Chris has a broad range of experience across the DC real estate community and a true passion for relationship building. He currently lives in his hometown of Kensington, MD.
