It is with extreme sorrow we share news of the sudden and unexpected passing of our Associate, Dan Kwasniewski, AIA on Friday evening, March 1st.
Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Dan was touched by his warm heart, ebullient spirit and positive energy. He lit up every room he walked into, and we loved him dearly for it. Professionally, Dan’s exuberant energy was only matched by his impact in the architectural field: locally, nationally and internationally. Dan was a tremendous mentor to his students at Roger Williams University, and an inspirational leader as President of the AIA Rhode Island. Dan was a visionary, and his spirit and passion for our profession will leave a lasting impression on our office culture and ethos for years to come.
Our hearts go out to Dan’s family, his husband, and his children in the face of this tragic loss. Contributions to a memorial scholarship fund in Dan’s memory can be made to RWU. Further details to be announced.
